Preparation Differences: Guys v/s Girls

Pre Date Preparation: Guys
(begins around 05:00pm)

Has a nice long shower.
Shaves.
Picks a particular shirt or t-shirt.
Randomly picks a pair of jeans. (don't they all look the same anyway?)
Bathes in perfume.
Scoops out an unhealthy quantity of hair gel and subjects hair to it.
Take bike or car keys (if any).
Checks wallet to gauge expenditure potential.
Leaves.
Buys flowers. (optional)

Pre Date Preparation: Girls
(begins the moment she wakes up)

Calls up salon to confirm appointment.
Rushes off after a low cal breakfast.
Gets a facial done.
Manicure.
Pedicure.
The works, that needn't be specified.
Returns home well past lunch time.
Turns on the geyser.
Calls a close girl friend + philosopher + guide over.
Takes a long warm shower.
Uses special shampoo.
Uses conditioner.
Uses extra special soap.
After shower, decides outfit with the friend + philosopher + guide.
Three outfits reach the final round.
The winner is obviously the outfit that was picked out first.
Select matching purse.
Selects a pair of shoes that go with the purse.
Applies foundation carefully.
Selects eyeshadow that goes with the shoes.
Lipstick that goes with the purse.
Applies eyeliner and kaajal.
Rouge.
Selects ear rings that match the dress.
Bracelet.
Platinum chain.
Tiny diamond ring.
Changes into the date attire.
Dabs on some (flowery) perfume.
